Make The World A Better Place

The world will never be perfect, but we mustn't give up on trying to make it a better place live. I see people in the dumps, unmotivated, and sad, but we can't let people get away with their ignorance anymore. We can't throw it under the rug. We need to help people. We need to teach people what we know with undeniable evidence. We need to have an open mind so they are willing to have an open mind with us. Being aggressive obviously doesn't work. We need to show compassion and work together and learn from each other. I've never experienced a world so divided politically. The gag is, I don't think we are as divided as we may seem. People use labels like their party names, to stand by at all costs without seeing any possible flaws. America is not white or black. America is not democrat or republican. America has many shades of gray, many mediators and enlightened thinkers. We must acknowledge that the world is not two shades, neither are politics. Read, observe, listen, and talk to people. Don't put up a defensive wall (oh the irony), bust down that wall and be open to all thoughts at the table. Make your decisions logically, based off all the evidence that is presented to you. Be honest with yourself, recognize the world you live in, recognize that you're not the only person in this world, that your vote affects all of us, and most importantly VOTE. BE ACTIVE. MOTIVATED. To make this world a better place because it's not looking so hot right now, then again, maybe it is #climatechange.
