Life Update

Hi everyone, here's a life update. So, I left Flagler College. After being there for merely a semester, I realized that it was not the place that I needed to be; it became unhealthy for me to continue going there. Now, I am signed up and registered to start classes at Palm Beach State College for spring semester. I'm excited to further embark on my journey of continued education at this wonderful institution. I completed a course here for dual enrollment and it was great; I took a speech class and had the best time with my friend Ari, we rocked it. I will now be enjoying this time I have at PBSC with my best friend, Victoria, and another close friend, Adriana. I've already had a great time working with the staff at PBSC, who helped me so much in my transfer process. It is now almost the end of 2016 and THANK GOD (says the Atheist). This year has sucked pretty bad, so I’m hoping next year will make up for it, and then I remember that we will be having a demagogue for president… Remember that WE are in control of OUR OWN future; whatever we allow to happen will happen and whatever we will not allow, we need to fight against. Remember that, “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, not the tormented”. I hope everyone has a great New Years Eve and NEW YEAR—in general. xx Mad
